NCCM has machine and workshop access available to help you with everything from wear plates to fabrications and machining.
Wear Plates
We offer a fully comprehensive service for all types of wear plates, plastics and rubbers. This includes inspections, measuring, cutting, drilling, fabricating countersinking and fitting. At NCCM, we are big advocates for new technologies being introduced into the industry and where possible we are happy to utilise alternative materials where they can provide extended life, effectiveness and furthermore minimise plant downtime.
Fabrications
We offer aspects of fabrication, from initial design to build and delivery for large and small installations. We have access all the machinery and equipment to be able to supply whatever you need to be made with a quick turnaround.
This includes:
- mobile plant, bucket fabrications, overhauls and repairs
- fixed plant structures
- brackets and stands
- guarding, handrails, platforms, stairwells and ladders
- hoppers, chutes, conveyors, rockboxes and trusses
We can construct items to the client supplied engineered drawings or we can have them designed or drawn and built to specifications. NCCM have years of experience and have been involved in several plant upgrades, working under tight deadlines and meeting and exceeding expectations.
Machining
We have access to local workshops to cater your machining needs.
We have access to the right equipment for every task, including:
- drilling machines
- centre lathes
- milling and CNC machines
- routers
- hydraulic presses
- other specialised metal working tools and precision measuring tools
We can supply shafts, drums and other customised components for your plant needs.
