Quarry, mine and mobile plant maintenance are NCCM‘s core business. We provide aspects of maintenance to hard rock and sand quarries, recycling plants, mobile crushing plants, landfill operations, concrete and asphalt plants, depots and workshops.
Our aim is to ensure our service is not only efficient and reliable but a fully comprehensive service that works with you and the individual site needs and requests. We understand the importance of regular inspections, audits and pre-start checklists and use the information to help build a total complete maintenance program that is preventative and focuses on safety and improvements.

Crusher Maintenance
NCCM provides specialised maintenance and repair services for jaw crushers, gyratory, cone, impact and compound crushers.
We believe performing regularly scheduled maintenance on your assets is one of the most critical steps in ensuring the day to day reliability and optimum. We have skills and knowledge to inspect, maintain, rebuild and recondition your crushers. This can include oil changes and sampling, clean-ups and inspections, regular wear parts change-out, routine manganese liners change-out, which are essential in ensuring increased service life and reliability of your crusher, and as well as increasing production tonnage.
Screen Maintenance
NCCM offers services and repairs for screening equipment. We can also fabricate new screen deck frames, perform heat de-stress repairs and full installations as well as standard routine screen media changes, wear liners, chute replacements, screen bearings, motor replacements and screen cleaning.
We are also able to provide solutions to problematic screening issues such as pegging or blocking with innovative engineering and experience. At NCCM we utilise past history records, checklists and our years of experience to help reduce costs and increase output by putting into place regular preventative maintenance routines that ensure things such as screen media is changed at regular intervals, ensuring no 'blow outs' and any further contamination of products, meanwhile getting as much wear life as possible from the screen media.
Other Plant Maintenance
NCCM is experienced in other types of plant maintenance. We are able to manage the maintenance of your whole plant from hoppers, feeders, conveyors, stackers, pugmills, chutes, silos, handrails, catwalks, dust suppression systems, metal detection systems and more.
We understand it is critical for all components of your plant to be running at optimum capacity to be able to produce quality products to your specifications. We work with you to ensure the resources are placed in the correct areas and we are able to adapt when the unexpected happens.
We perform regular inspections on plants via the walk through and crawl throughs and following correct isolation procedures where required. We are also able to identify any problematic/bottle necking issues and provide you with options to ensure these issues are resolved. This may be identified through other plant checklists and housekeeping procedures as well.
We also offer general maintenance for weighbridges, site buildings and office fit outs and workshops
We contribute to site safety compliance requirements such as risk assessments, completing permits for high risk work, including signage, isolation, guarding, handrails, fencing and platforms. Our working environment will be neat, tidy and safe, and we will leave them like this when jobs are completed.
Mobile Plant Maintenance
NCCM can provide OEM servicing and other repairs on your mobile plant equipment and vehicles, including emergency repairs. This can range from routine servicing and repairs to full rebuilds and overhauls.
We specialise in wear parts (GET, shrouds, cutting edges ) change-out for buckets, grabs, blades and other attachments ensuring your machine is achieving optimal performance. Not only can we hard face the wear components for longer service life and protection, we are able to completely overhaul, redesign and fabricate buckets, liners and attachments to suit your equipment and needs.
We are equipped to conduct mobile plant repairs on site, however, if the site would prefer we can also complete repairs offsite in our workshop to ensure we are not interfering with the onsite operations.
Scheduled Plant Shutdown
NCCM have resources and equipment to conduct plant maintenance and upgrades during your scheduled plant shutdown periods. We realise the importance of planning and preparing for these essential maintenance shutdowns to ensure your plant is fully operational and it is working to the optimum capacity when it returns to service. We work around the clock to ensure this happens.
